Tom Smalley is a joke and will take you for all your money. A year later my husband finds out he didn’t do what he said he did and charged us for it! Crook! Do not hire!

Tom and his staff are extraordinary. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Of course, going through a divorce is completely awful, but having him as my attorney gave me peace as far as the legal side goes. He or his staff always responded quickly to my emails, and each time I met with him to review, I had his complete attention. Also, I was never in the dark about where we were in the process, or what he needed from me to complete certain documents. On our final day in court, Tom was by my side the entire time. I didn't have to worry at all.nnI highly recommend Tom and his team. They are worth every cent.
