Checked the bag to assure my order was correct, looked fine. When I got home after running errands, ready to eat, saw my salad was wrong due to specified unwanted ingredient hiding under the chicken. Had to waste gas and time to get it fixed. Went to get it fixed and they messed it up again. I hate this location.

I decided to make this review because it seems like other reviews have very exaggerated views. This place is good and a better-than-average Chick-fil-A. I visit regularly and have a very good history. I will mention they have mildly let me down a few times – occasionally not putting enough fries or maybe getting the requested sauce wrong, or missing the extra-ice/ less-ice modifier for beverages. They always have great service and are expeditious. 90% of the time they nail the order. My fav meal is always a #2 spicy and large fry with an Arnold Palmer. I think you should consider any wildly negative reviews to be an edge case or likely a product or the reviewer.nnCheers.

I love chick-fil-a but this is the second time they have let me down. First time I asked for light ice in my drink and it came with extra ice. This time I paid extra for cheese on my sandwich and it looks like they gave me half a slice of the thinnest piece of cheese they could find. Then it only had 2 pickles on it, not covering even half of the sandwich. They weren't busy or had any reason for slacking on the job. Then to top it off, the cookie I purchased was old and stale. This location definitely needs some tightening up if I'm going to keep spending my money here. I'll start going to Canes instead, it's just right across the street.

Went here December 19th around 8:30PM. Got chicken nuggets and fries. WORST FOOD IVE EVER GOTTEN FROM HERE!!! The chicken nuggets were over cooked. I could barely bite into them! The fries were hard as a rock. I hate to throw 95% of it away. A waste of my money! Definitely will NOT be going to this one again!

Very sad today! I love Chick Fil A but I’ve come 3 times now and my large lemonade is not sweet, it taste awful. I also keep getting a large fry that seems to always be half full. Very very disappointed!
