I actually used to work here and was very proud of all of the food but this is the second time I've ordered delivery in the past couple months where I took a bite of my food and spit it out because it tasted sour and rancid and like dirty dishwater. I didn't know what it was I thought it was the cauliflower rice the first time but it turns out it's the steak!. It tastes horrible however they've changed the recipe. It literally is sour and doesn't taste like steak at all. This is unacceptable. I don't know if it's cost-efficient or what but it is gross and especially when you get charged extra for it and then it ruins your whole burrito. I'm sorry I know that's harsh but I actually can't believe something of that quality was allowed at Freebirds.

Had a great visit there! I was accomodated very well and felt welcome with open arms here. The scents wafting from the kitchen smelled absolutely delicious, and Walter was amazing!nnLove you all at Freebirds!! Stay safe, always!

Hit the undo button! Bring back the salsa recipe! Bring back the spinach tortillas! This was our go-to place where my gf could get her vegan beyond meat and I could get my spicy steak. The salsa has been so full of lime or something the past 3 times, we can't even eat it. We used to get the pint every time. Pretty sure it's not a mistake 3 times in a row at the same time the spinach went away. Still better than Chipotle but damn am I disappointed in whoever decided the new salsa recipe is an improvement. It is not.

Staff were rude tonight and proceeded to argue with a customer. I had placed my order online. Waited, called it wasn’t ready but was starting it told 10 minutes, called again and was told not ready, 10 minutes later I walked in to pick up my curbside order and it still wasn’t started! Then the guy said I was over reacting and needed to wait. While he was arguing with me and interrupting me. A large group of people walked in and were immediately served. Then I asked him if everything was in the bag, it wasn’t. No sour cream on either burrito. Side of lime juice was missing. For the price they charge for food, it was not worth it.

A little pricey for me to be able to afford eating here frequently right now BUT.. Go here and compare it to what the equivalent amount of food from crapo bell would be and its actually a good deal and better ingredients.
