The wings were fresh as always! I love this place because the wait is always reasonable and the wings are always top quality.nnWhen I arrived to pick up my wings there was an elderly man berating the manager and being very rude. I was happy to see the manager handling it very well despite the man cursing and yelling at him. I wish I had the patience of the manager on duty today.

Best wings we have had in a long time!! Fast, friendly and accurate order taking.nThe fries were soggy and soaked in grease. Our veggie sticks had a hair in them so had to go without.

As usual put on hold an forgot about. Must have more customers than they need. 3rd time trying to order wings in past month and same result each time. This time I learned and hung up after 2min 46sec. Pics look nasty like baked wings on web site. I wouldn't know cause yet to have any. O well. I hope people know how to check the fake reviews by the way. Most kids above 10 can show you them. Point is that place not good due to poor management like most places that go down hill. Put complaints to corporate office and not this review page and then they will clean house and restaff

So it may say they’re open til 10pm but it’s a lie. We tried calling to place a to-go order at 9:30pm and the phone literally rang FOREVER. I then try online ordering but apparently I wasted too much time waiting on the phone trying to place an order so that didn’t work. I call back and finally get a hold of someone at 9:52pm and they tell me they quit taking orders at 9:45pm. Sure seems like the employees purposely didn’t answer the phone until the cutoff time so that they could go about their Saturday night un hindered by orders from customers. Hope management sees this.
