The food was as to be expected it was over all good. The staff was very professional. Rhonda took my order and I was very pleased with her professionalism. Happy New Years.

The checkout assistant was fantastic and offered great customer service. She ran to the back and at the same time our order was called. A different associate- ablonde haired woman, threw the bag on the counter, and when I asked if there was ranch in the bag the woman just turned and walked away. Nice representation of Burger King lady. 5 stars to the sweet cashier!

I was at this location and waited on by Rhonda. She is not only unprofessional but she also refuses to wear a mask when not only does TA corporate require it but so does the state if Texas. From what I was told by a few employees mgmt here has already spoken to her so it my thought that its time to either fire her or call the local board if health to attempt to have fines put in Rhonda herself but also TA to force them to comply

Rhonda is on top of things. Make sure to you review your receipt. She will ask you. Be ready for it.
