Love this store!! I just bought a pair of Bebe sweat pants that are usually around $80 and i only paid $15!! I love everything about this store!! Great prices
The reason I rated this Ross location so low is because I went there to buy shoes and dresses for church, I love Ross stores because they have great merchandise at low prices and don't gouge shoppers. When I went to the shoe section, the floor was literally covered with shoes that other shoppers had thrown down.nThis was 1.) A hazard because I couldn't walk without stepping on a shoe and shoppers could fall.n2.) The shoes lying on the floor made the store look very trashy and suggested that employees were not doing their job which made me wonder if the store manager cared about the store.nIt was a disturbing shopping experience because the shoe section looked like a mini tornado had hit it and was not pleasant at all.nOn the other hand, when I entered the store, an employee was maintaining social distancing by counting the number of customers to a certain number to limit exposure to Covid-19 and ensuring masks were worn. This is the first store where I have seen this in practice so I applaud them for that and will raise my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars. I do indeed love Ross stores and hope that this particular location gets employees who care about doing their job and the appearance of the store. Such a shame.
Sparse items. No one at the jewelry counter but was helped quickly by the reguster staff.
Always wait for coupons and you can get great deals
Employee at front door friendly and informative....greeted me on entering and said goodnight and thanked me for coming in as leaving.....awesome !!!!
