I've gotten a lot of stuff from Duluth now, everything I've gotten has been great and comfortable and holds up well. I had a return in the store and the return policy is very generous (1 year returns) no questions asked. Store doesn't have a huge selection compared to the online store but better to try things on there. I don't know if I'd buy the same stuff for full price but there's always some stuff on sale for a good value.nnWish there was a way to give bad reviews to other customers in the store. Someone was pretty upset about something that needed the attention of all the employees for a while. I ended up waiting a while for service but they were friendly and helpful once they got to me.
Good store
Great shopping experience. We live near the outdoors and this store is the best for that. The staff was super helpful and got us the best deals.
Duluth has the best clothes and products. Their clothes may be a little pricey, but you really feel like you've got something. Like they are really durable. I highly recommend giving them a try if you never have!! Their flannels make great gifts. I'm sending some to my parents in Michigan.
Nice place and clean. People were friendly and helpful. Prices are a little higher in my opinion but I guess they need to be for the material they are using.
