We were graciously helped and had our extensive questions answered. Staff were kind to the fact I had a service animal with me. A fairly good selection of 2XL sizes for my husband. The women’s clearance section was a complete miss for me, a bunch of size smalls only. They are unabashedly military friendly, which I appreciate !
I love this store. All the clothes and Boots cowboy hats if you're a true Cowboy you'll love this store too! And the gentleman in the back reshape my hat did a great job today and the cashiers our beautiful ladies great sense of humor. And the gentleman are very knowledgeable about boots for women and men. One of my most favorite clothing stores if you haven't been here before you should try it.
make sure you try both boots before you buy because you cant return them. Dosent matter what cavenders you go to you should be able to return the boots to whatever location your closest too.
Carson was great very helpful.. I went in to buy my husband New Boots and a belt and Carson took time to go over a few pair of Boots and explained the difference.. it was very busy at the store but Carson was multitasking helping several customer's.
SUPERIOR Western store with professional and well-trained employees. The store manager is a personal friend.
