The guy working behind the counter was very unhelpful and kept asking me to repeat my question even though he could clearly hear what I was saying. Poor customer service.
We had a very unfortunate experience here. extensively at many versions of the product we were interested in, and asking many questions of the staff, we asked if they could open one of the boxes to look at the product, which was not visible in the packaging. We were told that they were not allowed to open items. On their recommendation we bought a particular item and when we got it home found out that it did not work as advertised, was defective, and was completely useless to us. We contacted the store immediately and were told that there was nothing they could do about it. The issue was escalated to the manager the next morning and she also told us that there was nothing she could do about it - no refund, credit, or exchange. We received $80 worth of product that was completely useless, and we ended up throwing it in the trash. I work hard for my money and this experience certainly doesn't make me want to go back to this store. Beware.
