I had been trying to find quality face masks for our employees, I found not only a quality mask that had a good fit, made well, and quality fabrics, but it was at a cost that was superior than my other sources, plus I didn't have to wait until June for restocking. I received my order about a week early, the screen print on the masks was excellent. Then I noticed another box, I had ordered black masks with a white print, but there was another box of blue face masks, at first I thought my order was wrong, but I discovered that I had my complete order, but i had another box of face masks that I hadn't ordered or paid for! I emailed Tarra and asked what they wanted to do with them, and I expected having pack them up and ship them back. But to my surprise, I was allowed to keep them!nTarra and Classic Caps is a first rate operation, and were quick to respond to every inquiry. I would recommend them.

I called this morning to ask about some hats that I needed done. I gave my email address to get more information, and when I decided to go with another vendor they went on my website and looked up my clients to try and get them. This is the most unethical company I have ever worked with, and I cannot believe that they would think that was okay.
