Order was wrong, we didn't get one of our sandwiches and the fries. Had to come back through the line. Told them what was missing. They apologized and gave us a bag...with only the sandwich, no fries. Luckily we checked it before we left. So I guess 3rd time is a charm to get your complete order right. Of course, by now the original food was cold.nSo...really bad quality.

Absolutely Horrible!! Waited 25 minutes in line while they took other orders, only for them to tell me when I got to the speaker that they were closed 4 hours earlier than they were supposed to!! They closed at 10pm when their hours say they weren’t supposed to be closed until 1am!! Orders are always wrong, employees have an attitude no matter what, and the food is served cold. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Hate this Wendy’s!

The cashier didn't speak good English and got my order wrong so her Manager (which was her daughter) came over and was very rude to me. She made it out to be by fault she got my order wrong, after she fixed my order she aggressively and abruptly yelled next before I even had a chance to get out of the line. I feel attacked

The food was great I enjoyed the 4 for 4$ and couldn't ask for anything better!

Gave this location a few tries to get it right, but after tonight, you're best going to another location. Took only cash tonight but I get it.. machines go down. That wasn't the issue. Placed a mobile order and even though all the current COVID signage was up stating the dining room was open until 8, ALL DOORS WERE LOCKED AT 6PM. Went through the drive through and they tell me they can't find my order. They find it and say half the things aren't available, THEN they tell me they don't know how to cancel/refund the order, so substitutions were made. Got my order shoved at me, and got no utensils for the frosty's. I was already done with them to drive back through the drive through for spoons so I rushed home so my kids can enjoy their half melted treat. Do yourself a favor, TURN AROUND AND FIND ANOTHER WENDY'S!
