Ordered at 2:22. We were told it would be ready in 15-20 mins.At 2:50 we walked back in to inquire and were told our order was forgotten! At that point, there were a lot of people in back, not cooking but arguing over how much chicken and fries need to be fried. We finally got our order at 3:10. We drove home to Forney and of course, our orders were wrong. All thighs! We ordered 3 piece breast and 2 wings AND a 3 piece leg, thigh, and breast. Never going back. I'll continue driving to the Garland location!

The customer service is terrible. The first time it was terrible, the 2nd time it was worse. Thank you never came out of their mouth. The lady used the same gloves to fix the food, play with her cell phone, open the door. I saw the lady do this 3 times and she never changed her gloves. We got to do better. Food is dangerous, but chicken is very dangerous!!!!!!!

I was so excited about having a Henderson's Chicken in my neighborhood. I've watched the customer service go from far to horrible in the short period of time you've been open. The cashier constantly try to discourage you from ordering. I have no complaints about the food my displeasure is with the staff . I arrived at 7:28 tonight and was told they was out of chicken and they stop dropping chicken at 7:20 . If this was the only time this has happened I would not be saying anything but this is Continuing occurrence . Please fix the poor customer service . My husband and I have been a loyal customers of Henderson's for years . Wanting fresh food with good service is not too much to ask and for Christ sake cook enough chicken. Not having chicken is like a makeup shop not having makeup .. come on DO BETTER.

The food was good and we got fresh fries. I went at a busy time and I'm known for leaving if I'm not even acknowledged as I enter an establishment. Luckily, they acknowledged me and explained they would be right with me. I saw multiple orders to be filled and I was in no rush. She brought my order to the car, which was good so not too many people would be inside waiting. I'd go back, but just not after 6pm.
