I dropped them off to be done. They had a question and never called me. I had to go back and find out what happened to my taxes. At first they were misplaced.... ??? and then they found them. then I had to go back in the next day to get them completed. My time is short I only have 2 days off and that is very rare. I wish they would have called me when they had a question... When I thought I would get a return I end up paying later to the irs with a mistake they made on my taxes. Very frustrating 😕

My wife and I own a flowback company and use Bart Morill at the HR block in Roosevelt. He is highly over priced. In the last year my wife has called him on at least 40 occassions and cant get a return call ever, his assistant Ashley has been on maturinity leave for over 30 days, missed my payroll 2 months in a row, failed to do my quartley reports for my company and is the worst over priced cpa in the roosevelt area. Highly recomend if you want the job done right DONT USE HR block or Bart morill.

We do our taxes with H&R Block every year and we like the peace of mind we get. Also our Tax Professional was amazing!
