The cashier named Aviona R. Which on my receipt wears glasses was very rude, I walked in and she acted as speaking was and issue, rolled her eyes, slammed my smoothie when she was done making it! If you don’t like your job find a new one. An act of kindness goes a long way! The guy the was next to her didn’t speak as well just slamming things every where It’s 9am so what’s the issue?? I would definitely not recommend this smoothie king, the one by white rock lake is waaaay better ! Professional, friendly and not runny. Please do better. 11/21/20 9:00am

Today around 10am I went to smoothie king to pick up my online order. I observed that the staff person dropped my cup on the floor and still poured my smoothie in the cup and placed it in the to go slot. I did not appreciate that. This is not good practice. I took it without arguing and threw it away when I got home. Everyone waiting seen her do this. I will just never be coming back. It’s Covid and anyone going here just know they are not being cautious and clean. I am not satisfied. You need to teach the staff to be cleaner .

Rude and very poor customer service. The cashier turned to talk to her coworkers, who were loud, while I was trying to place my order. When it was done, she didn’t even let me know it was ready or anything. She set it down and walked away. No “thank you” or anything. The other workers continued with their loud conversations. It felt as though no adult was on staff.

Mean staff, sub par shakes compared to other Smoothie Kings (super watery). Also the bathrooms weren’t open to the public.

The smoothies are usually good, but the low rating is because of the service. Last night I gave them my receipt with the code on it for $1 off because of a survey I took for them. I didn’t get a $1 off because it’s “Franchise owned” so the owner decided to not take $1 off from the surveys. That means they got a free survey from me with no benefit to me. The time before this, my smoothie was finished being made and instead of them giving it to me, they let it sit there and melt while they made someone else’s smoothie behind me. Then the boy poured it with his bare hands and put a lid on it with hands that had just been sweeping the floor. No gloves!! They also have a bad habit of not communicating with each other. When I order I always ask them to put it in a Styrofoam cup, but then the one who makes my drink puts it in a plastic cup... so I have to ask them to fix it.
