I entered into a family law case with Ms. Billingham having no idea what to expect. I was clueless as to what would be involved. Karen and her staff took immediate action. This case was by no means a certain win in my favor. It was an atypical family law action and my rights were not guaranteed. They walked me through the process and explained every issue to me as we proceeded. Karen and staff not only enabled me to gain the position I needed to bring this case to court, but presented it to the court in a highly effective and professional manner. The result was that I won 95% of what I was asking. This is not at all the norm in a family law case. I would recommend Karen Billingham to anyone seeking competent, effective counsel. I would not even consider using another attorney. They made it easy for me to pay in a way that I could afford. I am deeply appreciative.

Case was supposed to take 3 to 6 weeks almost 7 months later still not done ever time I called was promised a call back which I never would get.then when I called a told them to just forget it. I am tired of waiting and not getting any follow ups. Then Karen call s. Tells me she is ready to finish my case now. I told her to just forget it She told me she would refund part of the money I paid I said ok .Guess what haven't heard from Karen..

When I hired this attorney to represent me against a petition to modify parent child relationship etc., I soon realized that this is an attorney that will not be on your side, she will communicate by email and text with the opposing counsel and tell him/her everything you said concerning your case so that they can plot and conspire against you, she will sit in silence and not object to hearsay, she will not be prepared with any questions (I brought my own questions), she will laugh, play and be unprofessional with the opposing counsel. She will constantly ask you the exact same questions about your case even though you told her a million times as she wrote it down on a legal pad. She will sit and work on other cases in your presence instead of being fully focused on your case. If it were not for my fasting and praying to Jesus Christ, I would not still be the custodial parent today! I’ve given you my testimony according to what this attorney has done (or not done) and now the choice is yours.
