This stores needs better customer service. We have called about a certain shoe release and they have been giving us the runaround. It’s like they do not want to sell the shoe, I just don’t get it. Some of the employees including the manager are rude! We were there yesterday patiently waiting, only about 6 people and the staff told us shipment will probably arrive around two. Two came, they said maybe till 3-5, but they weren’t sure it could be a different day. We understand and had no problem waiting. Again, not doing any commotion or anything. 10 minutes later they come out to say that they did get shipment and ran through the boxes and the shoes weren’t in there! WHEN they had told us 10 minutes ago that the shipment was arriving after 3!!! I don’t understand why they give false information to their clients. 1 star for y’all!

Had to exchange a pair of shoes, yhe store wad well organized & yhe Customer Service was Pleasant.
Extremely rude customer service. Used to by all the new Retro Jordans here. Will never get another dime of my money. Also double charged my card!!
