My son has been going to Personal Best Karate since last Fall, and he absolutely loves it. The instructors have been professional and very engaging with the kids. And they really seem care about each one individually

We've been a Personal Best Karate Medfield family for years and it's such a positive and welcoming place for our son. The gradual progression through belts and the constant reinforcement of skills has allowed our son to strive for his personal best at each level. Mr. Perez is one of a kind, with an abundance of energy and he truly cares about the kids. Ms. Jaime is wonderful with the children. Our son has greater confidence and strength because of this program and we look forward to staying with Personal Best Karate Medfield for many years to come.

My daughter has found her home at Personal Best Karate of Medfield. She used to be extremely shy and had severe confidence issues but in the 8 months since she started at PBK she has blossomed into a confident, helpful, outspoken friend to everyone she meets. Karate has helped her gain strength physically, mentally and emotionally that she would have otherwise struggled to find. Thank you PBK family!

Personal Best Karate in Medfield is such a great place for kids to learn - not just karate, but gain confidence and have self respect. There's not a lot of activities out there that do that - and this karate school is above and beyond. The staff really cares about their students and works with them to help them succeed.
