I tried calling in an order 3 times and was prompted to leave a message. I decided to go in to place my order and waited over 5 minutes for the customer in front of me to finish his order on the kiosk because there weren't any employees available to assist anyone. When an employee eventually arrived to the front he said the wait was over 30 minutes...it might have been good but it was too much work to order and wait at that point. Maybe I'll try ordering online next time.

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The team is very amicable and the cooking they cook is so appetizing. I am always happy to have a good dinner in this place. I highly recommend this place.

Poorly run.nnFood still not ready after 1 hour of ordering.nnThe staff IS INCREDIBLE. all fault lies with the owner. I've been eating here for years. Always mismanaged.nnBut now it's so bad I don't want to come here again.nnEat at Al Markaz

Extremely poorly run.nnOrder still not ready after 1 hour of ordering. And I'm not alone.nThere is a line of frustrated customers/Door-dashers waiting to get their orders. The number came out of the kitchen is not follow order, for example the bigger number came out first instead of the smaller number. It shouldn't be.nnIf your kitchen didn't prepare the order in order, and make customer waiting for hours, then at LEAST, the manager should offer them some free drinks, while they are waiting.. and I say AT LEAST...nnIf you precious your time (cause you only live once, and you cant take it back), don't come here. There are so many good choice, normal run restaurants in DFW.nJust my 2 cents.

Bawarchi Biryanis came forward to help 100 students from UTD during this winter storm! Could not have asked for more. Thank you so much for this selfless service. Students are grateful and we also received feedback that the food was very tasty !nThank you again.
