I went in today to get a giant baker with brisket for $10.50. What I got was a regular size baker for the same price. They did not fry my okra well , it was all mushy like it was fried earlier and they just put it in the bag. I will not be going back to this location. Horrible service. The man told me they don’t charge customers extra if its an extra big potato. So I basically should be happy with what I got. I got 3 giant bakers at $10.50, they should have at least tried to make the customer happy.
If I could give zero stars I would. The workers had zero customer service skills. Very rude and impatient this was my first time at Dickeys and will be my last. The place is dirty the workers don't wear mask or gloves. Very small portions. I read somewhere where kids eat free on Sundays this was not the case. This is a business treat people kindly and with respect.
Stopped in around 7 to get a baker w brisket. I specufically asked for extra sauce, and was told no problem. There was 1 little container.. maybe 4 tablespoons. Not a whole lot of meat either. No sour cream cheese or anything else. There seemed to be a new person working and he was pleasant and eager to do things right. I will skip this location in the future.
Arrived @6pm to pick up our advanced ordered and paid for Holiday turkey only to be told that they were out. I would have definitely ordered from another location had they have let me know the night before when I paid for it that they could not fill the order.
Cooperate I'm calling YALL monday about the two Hispanics you have working there on coit and beltline they treated my family and myself with the most absurd disrespect and the food we were served was ridiculous in portions and nasty the no mask no washing of hands bullcorn
