The guy that is the manager during the day really needs to learn how to not burn everything he touches. Whoever works the evening shift makes the Cinnabon rolls perfect! But for some reason the guy that works during the day burned them twice! Be careful ordering from here don't order during the day before 6pm
They were able to customize my pizza and brought it out to my car. Great service.
2nd delivery in a row that was a mess. Pizza stuck to top of box, marinara sauce cold and boxes crushed. We are done.
When an employee tells me it's completely acceptable that a scheduled order is a half hour late (maybe more) because even though they sent it out apparently ten minutes before the scheduled time they can'tseem to deliver to a house five minutes away, I have a severe problem with the service. If I order a pizza for a specific time hours ahead of time, then I expect it to be here at least *close* to on time. I also expect when I express my issue to an someone at the store, they don't tell me I'm wrong because they sent it out before hand and refuse to make it right.
In and out pretty quickly.
