I used to enjoy their pizza very much. But last time I ordered over the phone I mentioned the coupon as advertised on their WEBSITE, the person said yes, and I placed my order. But when delivered, I got the large instead of the giant (as mentioned on the coupon). When I called Sopranos, the person who picked up the phone was rude and said they were not responsible for online things. How can you not be reliable when it’s your website?? I offered to go in person and show the coupon, but he said it wouldn’t change anything—this poor customer service. My issue was not the fact that I overpaid for the pizza, but because he talked with disrespect.
The restaurant is amazing and spacious, the food was delightful and the rates were very reasonable. rapidly, productive service and very welcoming staff. Will definitely recommend this spot.
