This place is amazing. Better than Others. The pizza is warm and fresh. Their veggie pizza had me in awe. Plus, the staff was the friendliest in the world, in my opinion. However, I would like to point out the breadsticks aren’t very good and don’t appeal to my taste. But still, best service in the world and best pizza ever. Would definitely recommend.
Portions are huge for the price! Typically order carry out and order is always ready when I arrive. Fresh ingredients and great service. 4/5 rating only because I wish they would add a few other toppings to menu, otherwise great!

Wow! Jesse, Harrison, Ian, and even the unnamed delivery person - not being from around the area, I called looking for some help with a decently-sized order for a business lunch in the area. Knowing the food is always great; I called to describe my need. Awesome customer service, unmatched patience, and servant-minded service by all listed, and a very successful and tasty lunch meeting with clients in the area. These customer-focused individuals wildly surpassed what a wonderful experience is all about. Thank you, iFratelli Pizza in Richardson, for an exceptional all-around experience. This pizza was SO DELICIOUS!! I like how thin the pizza was! This let’s me eat more instead of getting so full quickly. Highly recommend!
