They made the sandwiches wrong and the owner refused to remake the sandwiches!! I will never go there again!!! They are rude and mean...the onwer started to swear at me on the phone!! Save ur money..go somewhere else!!
If you like bland sandwiches with sub-par ingredients, then Jimmy John's is the place to go.
The East Italian Sandwich is a great meal [twice] for me. The only negative attribute of their shops is the music: in some cases we can't find a table where we can converse easily.
The food was pretty good and was prepared very quickly. The woman taking our order was also very patient while I tried to decide on my order since I had never visited this restaurant before. I will say their water cup is way too small and most of the tables were quite dirty which made dining in a little less desirable. Overall I enjoyed this place and will probably visit again (as long as it's cleaned up).
