Our company has been very happy with the services provided. They are able to collect from customers we have tried to collect from for over a year. They handle our large and small collections with great importance and work hard at their job. Jeremy Coffman has been excellent in his customer service skills, professionalism, promptness, clarity, and keeping in contact or checking up on our companies needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone who doesn't have time or needs help collecting from their tough customers. They defiantly don't disappoint.

Business owner and former client of Tucker Albin , after a few early successes that they gladly claimed 50% fees this company decided to turn on their own client after they were unable to collect from my delinquent accounts.nWord to the wise is have a lawyer read the “contract”(better yet don’t join). For those of you currently with this company I suggest that you do not communicate with the people who owe you because if you do the “contract” states you become liable for the fees charged by Tucker Albin without them collecting. I’m out $1250 for fees from Tucker Albin on an account of $5000 (25%) that I’m never going to collect . They also waited for my birthday to call ... real classy!! , they are only out for themselves

If you are serious about getting money that is owed to you than this is the firm to hire. They are by the book and they move fast. Charles Swift was professional, kind and communicative.

Outbound sales rep called me. I very politely told them I did not need their services at this time, but maybe in the future. Without another word in the guy hung up on me. So I guess I will never use these services.

I don't usually leave reviews but this company, or at least the people they are allowing to represent them is a joke.nnThe company i work for decided to give this company a try after our regular agency was slow rolling a collection account. The associate Troy Brewer appeared to be sincere and understanding during the initial call and acted like he really cared about us collecting our money. I am not a fool, but I also no that no gets by in this word without a chance, so I gave him verbal authorization to attempt to collect on this account.nnHe gave me all these assurances that he would have progress made within a few days and that they would have it resolved shortly after or they would release the account without question or charge. The associate did not take down my contact information correctly so I did not hear from him for almost two weeks - I assumed they moved on .nnThe associate then contacted me and as I expressed that I had not heard from them so we are not interested in pursuing a business relationship with them, he got hostile. He started to yell at me, talk over me, and threated me all before he hung up on me. How professional is that! he lied to me and told me that the company does not have the ability to pull back once they have authorization, but I have dealt with at least a half a dozen collection agencies over the years and not one of them has ever had that problem .nnI then attempted to contact the company to speak to a supervisor regarding this agent and received no return call. If this Troy Brewer is a representation of what their company values in an employee, I truly feel apathetic for the lack of business they will entail in the future.
