If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not sure where to start here. We ordered our food at 11:35 am. 12:45pm rolls around we call the store and the lady wanted to try and tell us that he is in the parking lot. We advised her no he is not this is a business and can see the entire parking lot. She continued to make up excuses. Then she proceeds to tell us “I’m sorry he’s not the brightest delivery driver”. So food arrives 2 out of the 3 incorrect. At this point I will never use this franchise again or any for that fact. Have a freaky fast day you non bright employees!

Could tell the guy at the front was confused about our order for 2 8in sandwiches told him more than once how we wanted it made and still all wrong. The girl making the sandwiches was not wearing her mask and it took 15 minutes to make them and another employee cut his finger really bad while making Someone elses sandwiches. I understand it happens but the whole staff was just chaotic and we spent $15 for two bags of chips pretty much which is the only thing that was right

I was the only person in there and it felt like they were in a rush? I guess that's business model. I won't hold it against them because they made an excellent sandwich fast!

I've been their frequent customer buying sandwich 3 times a week, they have been doing good until a couple of months ago when they started to make mistakes in getting orders and making sandwiches. Until today that I saw they added rudeness to their behavior, over all for the last two months not a single purchase I remember I was happy with.nI'll buy my sub somewhere else from now.ud83dudc4e
