Friday...2.12.21!! So Good...stayed on the ud83dudcde 30mins + to Commend the staff. Of course no answer, too busy. Staff, Service & Food brought back memories. Great Work!!

Manager Brandon, you truly are a great man and I thank you for the great service that I received. I a homeless man and some times look homeless but when I went into Pizza hut he was able to help me and provided service treating with more that just as a simple customer. He treated me like a human being again which is hard being a man without a home. He helps man life easier and making this country beautiful again after growing from illness and addiction. Brandon you are the light in goodness thank you so much and many blessings to you from me!

Pizza was burned. Could never speak to a manager. Was placed on hold three times, and after 30 minutes I hung up. I will never order from them again. Domino's from now on. They have better pizza anyway.

Your employee Brandon is really unprofessional. This is my second time visiting the W. Illinois location in Dallas, TX. since he’s been working there and each time I’ve been dissatisfied and disappointed in the service. The first time I let it slide the second time I had to leave a review. I ordered wings with my order and he tried to charge me extra for Ranch. No I didn’t want extra ranch I wasn’t given a dipping sauce at all and when I asked he wanted to charge me for it. Not only that but he’s very rude. I’ve been coming to this location for awhile and haven’t had any issues until he came along. Employees like him give your establishment a bad rep.

I like pizza hut. That's practically . The only pace I order from. Good service. Let u know the delivery time. Most times wl out asking. They tell u the deal's of the day. I like that place.
