The food was great but a bit cold by the time it arrived. It took way too long for it to be delivered to my house plus the driver (Maria) kept getting lost. She called me to ask for my address when I could clearly see her across the street. Then she kept calling to ask me where I was at. I mentioned when placing my order that I wanted a contactless delivery and for my food to be placed on the porch; however, she came up to my porch and came so close to my door without a mask. She tried to open my glass door a few times, but I pulled it back. She could clearly see the distress on my face as I was trying to quiet the dogs from barking because she was talking so loud. I asked her to place the food on the floor and she gave me a rude/confused look. Really unprofessional.

Hopefully, they can bring it before it's 1AM, like last time, they didn't want to continue with the order and refunded everything and it wasn't even 1AM yet. But looks like everything is going through. So, I'm giving it 4 stars out of 5 stars. Other time, I had paid tipb with card, and then driver expected more tip in person and made me feel upset because that's extra money where we really don't got, but since they are electronically Tipped with this order, they shouldn't have to ask for a tip in person at all, unless you didn't pay for tip in the beginning with the card, so you can tip in person. You cannot have both Tips like last time, but we never reported them just let it go, until if this persists then will complain this time! Thanks Again! Great Pizza and Great Delivery People as well!

This location is so unprofessional they leave you on hold forever than you call back and they want to hang up than call again an not answer. an top it off be rude. I’m trying to order food for me and my kids an this is the location who delivers but no can’t get anything because they chose to hire unprofessional workers smh
