Very elegant and accessible restaurant. They serve big portions and for economical prices. We liked the food a lot and the staff members were very friendly and chatty. Highly recommended.
Very poor service! Deliveries late; tracker is inconsistent with actual time. Management does not take the time to make the moment right with orders. Pizza was cold and dry! Definitely would not recommend.
I totally get you guys are busy, but at least answer the phones and tell the person to hang on. I’ve called 4-5 times to try and get a pizza for my mom SINCE ONLINE ORDERING ISNT AVAILABLE and I’ve been on hold for a total of almost 20 minutes. This is crazy. Idk how y’all have all these positive reviews.
Ordered through the app, never made it to my place. Called and the driver took the pizza back and never bothered to call to let me know. Disappointed and never again ordering from this location...not to mention it will take 3-5 business days to get my money back. Also employees are rude on the phone.
They never, never! Give you the dipping cups ! Like today, I ordered a16 piece boneless chicken and the advertised 1 dipping cup per 8 pieces of chicken. Well guess what, no dipping sauce.nnThis is not the first time either. I generally spend 30.00 to 60.00 dollars a weekend with this location. No more! I will search out other locations to eat at.
