Never ordering from this location again. They are always low or have no drivers, I have been called twice after ordering on the app saying they aren't taking app orders, and recently I ordered a pizza and never got it. They didn't even call to tell me they cancelled the order. I called the next day to see if I could get it in the afternoon and they again have no drivers. They offered my refund but didn't do anything else. The lady on the phone sounded bland & you could tell by the tone of her voice that she didn't care. I highly recommend if you want some late night pizza and your near this area. Don't get Pizza Hut.

Pizza at location always hot and delicious.nOnly issue I run into was the front desk but not all the time. Just sometimes they get real busy and they get overwhelmed and take it out on the customers and seem like they don't want any business.nThat why I love the pizza hut app.

I waited well over an hour for my order that was over $40 and received NOTHING. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told the driver called three times but since I never answered he assumed I cancelled my order...I did NOT receive 3 phone calls, let alone three! (Caller ID anyone??) The lady I spoke to was rude and kept repeating that I didn’t answer when the driver called. I told her I have caller ID to prove the driver didn’t call. She acted like she didn’t believe me. Had to wait until after they closed to get $46 back.

Limited time to squeeze Pizza Hut into my itinerary. According to the app, the max time for curbside would be 20 mins. It was 30 mins and when I went inside, no one even acknowledged that I was there even though I was the only person in the empty place! Then, on a screen my name was listed with the order status as ready. I could see it just sitting there in the warming oven. Finally, someone came to the register saying she didnt know my order was ready. How could she if she was on her cell phone in the back. Wont be goin there again. RUDE!!
