Sen Ki- Land of Stone. You will see plenty of rocks while walking the trails this reservation that is managed by Hale Reservation and protected forever by the Westwood Land Trust. It won't take you long to walk the trails here but you'll be surprised by the variety in topography. Kids will enjoy climbing on the rocks and scrambling up hills. You get a decent view from the peak at the top of the white trail but the trees are getting tall enough that you won't be able to see far. You can follow the white trail all the way to Hartford Street, cross over and pick the short trail up on the other side. Then follow it across Twin Post Road and follow it all the way into the Oak Hill section of Hale Reservation. You can run for miles!

Seni Ki is a great place to walk around if you're looking for trails in the woods that are also hilly. Beware: the trails are tricky to navigate and it's easy to get lost. Take a picture of the map at the entrance of the hiking area (in the parking lot) before you start. I've hiked here a few times and have been lost each time; including once where I stumbled out of the woods into someone's backyard.
