They did not double check the order and then made the wrong sandwich. After asking them to make the right sandwich I asked for, they remade the sandwich wrong. Probably not going there for a long time. Not getting everything on the sandwich at the prices you charge is not acceptable. They missed ingredients on both sandwiches. The plastic and the masks make it very hard to communicate, I don't think they could hear well. You need to try to figure something out to help with this. We also witnessed a couple people come in that were in the drive through complain about mismade sandwiches.
Food was decent but had to wait forever to pick up online order.
Super disappointed. I requested delivery and I was told my house is “too far” when I’m 4.5 miles away and 10 minutes according to Google Maps. This store has delivered to my house before so... it just seems like this store just isn’t concerned with making money or going above and beyond. Everyone else delivers food over here. Makes no sense.
I have asked every time I’m there to cut my sandwich I’m half sometimes several times. 9 times out of 10 they do not do this! I have complained to the main office & never had a response. Starting to think you don’t want my business.
People here screwed up my order, called got the third degree. Didnt try and make it right
