I love this Pizza Hut... it really is the manager though that makes this location great. He seems to really care about the customers and quality of the food, two things that are paramount in a good restaurant. Because he is so attentive I feel like he pays attention to the cleanliness of the work stations and surrounding areas, so you know your only getting pizza ingredients in your food and not nasty stuff that you find in some other restaurants that don’t care. More restaurant’s need good managers like this to keep employees washing their hands, wearing their appropriate attire like hats, and keeping the location spotless. Restaurant employees tend to forget that even though it’s someone else’s food they’re making, they should still treat it like they are the one’s eating it. That’s why I try to look for places like this with managers who care.
Terrible customer service, when I went into the store to get my pizza's, all the employees were sitting at several different tables playing video games on their phones and not wearing masks. There was a large man sitting down at the cash register watching some comedy show on his phone (I could hear it) and when I went inside, he looked up, no mask, and welcomed me to Pizza Hut. When I told him that I was there to pick up my pizza's, he yelled for someone in the back to come get the pizza's even though the warming oven was 5' away from him. The pizza was too soggy in the middle of the pizza and the sauce kinda tasted funny. When I reported this problem to Pizza Hut headquarters, they just said they were sorry that I had this experience. I would prefer their competitors pizza more than these pizzas..better quality, better service, and cleaner restaurants at least in the Spring Branch/Bulverde area of Texas.
The food was good but the cashier was rude. I wouldn't even consider coming back but the manager came to our table and we told him that the cashier was rude and he stated that he would be talking to him along with district manager. Because of that we will probably go back. But we just don't eat pizza like we used to.
I ordered delivery from here and something went wrong. When I went in to find out, they went above and beyond to make things right. I wasn’t even expecting that kind of service. I’ve ordered again since then and everyone there seems like genuinely kind and hard working people. I’ve had no problems with my orders since. Thank you for making my day better.
I love Pizza Hut, but this store here in Spring Branch is the worst. Five times they forgot something on my order. Three times the drivers left the food at the front door and left without notifying us that it had been delivered to the house. Twice when the food left at the front door, the boxes were not properly sealed and flies got into them. The last time I dealt with this store, the manager was very unprofessional and rude when trying to order after their call center transferred me to the store. I will not be doing business with this store ever again.
