I run a small business and need to visit the storage unit with and without clients almost daily. The staff here - especially Alejandro - is friendly and efficient. They always seem to be cleaning! I’ve rented at 4 different storage facilities and this is by far the cleanest with the most helpful staff. Plus, the location is excellent. Highly recommended!

It was a good standard storage unit facility. It was a bit expensive but honestly it’s the best price you are going to get within the city of Boston. Security is top grade and the employees are extremely helpful and kind.

Easy to use, loading dock is well placed and convenient. Very clean including bathrooms. Staff is very helpful, pleasant and a step above any other storage facility I have used. Great security with cameras and gates. The only issue I have is the lighting for my unit , my unit is 10' x 30', by the time the lighting from the corridor hits the back of my unit, its not enough for my old eyes. Fortunately there is an electrical outlet in the corridor that allows me to provide my own lighting. For smaller units this should not be an issue. I am very happy with the unit and storage facility and would reccomend without a second thought.

This is one of the best storage facilities I've seen. We looked at 5-6 other facilities last year when we needed to store some things in between moves and this one was by far the best. Well priced, easy, secure and clean, so clean. One my main concerns was mice/other vermin getting to our stuff but their storage units are very secure (no holes or ways that anything could get in the units ) and everything is very well maintained. I 100% recommend storing things here, they are excellent.

I opened a storage unit today at the West Roxbury, MA Stor-U-Self. The signup process was quick and the rates reasonable. Alejandro handled by signup. He is very friendly and efficient. I am impressed with the facility. Very clean and looks brand new. I especially like the covered parking near the elevator. The location is easy to get to and in a nice neighborhood. I am transferring my stuff in a different storage company to this Stor-U-Self site.
