buckle up !! this is going to be long. i placed an order for delivery at 8:02 pm. my order said it was out for delivery at 8:20. i waited and listened and watched the door but i guess i missed them. because at 8:45 no one had knocked or rang the doorbell. the website still said out for delivery. i wait some more. i call at 9:25 and realize my order had been sitting outside, no knock or doorbell rang. so it was freezing AND wrong. they got the sauce wrong and they put meat all over the wrong side and my other guests couldn’t eat it. so we had a replacement made. it’s now 10:28. they said 25 minutes after 9:25. and i tried contacting the store again. i’ve been on the phone for 9 minutes and no ones answered. this is beyond unacceptable.

Pizza Hut makes some of the most solid pizza this or that side of the Mississippi! This Pizza Hut is no exception; phenomenal service, prompt pizza baking, and a rather charming little waiting area.

Great pizza, but only order here if you want to show and wait 10 minutes for your pre-ordered pizza to be ready. ud83dude12

Well, I have had both good and not so good experiences with this place. They are usually on time and accurate with my order, but there have been several times where my order was an hour or more late ( I usually schedule my delivery for a specific time). Tonight, I placed my order at 6:40 PM. It was scheduled to be delivered at 10 PM. It never showed up.nnI called several times and never got an answer. Twice, I have ordered a drink with my order and one time, I never got it. The second time, they didnt initially deliver it, but remembered and left it on my door step about half an hour later.nnI dunno. I think I'm going to order from a different place from now on

On several occasions I had ordered online from this pizza hut the app price is 12.99 but when you check out its 15.99 this can only be adjusted at the store. However when I questioned the problem on the app I was told that its an app problem and it has nothing to do with the store. The so called manager Brian had a very negative tone and made a sarcastic remark, this store has had good pizza and service for over 5 years until recently. I would hope that pizza ud83cudf55 hut would retrain this manager with better customer service skills I will have to process if I will go back to this location or not
