Ordered pizza from here a couple of times without any issues… I have had it delivered every time… Tonight at 8:30 PM we ordered and was told we are outside of their delivery area… I asked to speak to the manager and his response was… Sometimes we do and sometimes we don’t but tonight we’re not going to because we are just too busy… I’m guessing business must be booming over there… I will take my business elsewhere and never order from this establishment again… Very poor customer service

Greatest pizza on the planet Detroit style. Had a great experience 4/2. After I picked up my order one of the pizza was wrong, I came in and explained and no questions ask Matt and the crew got it and got me the correct pizza. Honest mistake and went above and beyond to get it done right.

Ordered $40 worth of pizza online. Was informed that they would need to run my card for a side of ranch, which was 90¢. Why incur an additional credit card fee for 90¢? The credit card fee is more than the cost of the ranch.nnWhy aggravate a customer (who just spent $40) over 90¢? Is it worth it? Their pizza is very good, but their grasp on logic and customer service is very poor.

I love Jets pizza so much. Pretty big pizza lover here, I had never heard of Jets until I moved to Frisco, the Detroit style pizza has always been SO GOOD. jets is definitely worth a try if you never had it. They care about their pizza and the value and experience of the customers. 5 stars!

This is one of my favorite pizza joints in the area. The workers are always upbeat and friendly. The pizza is delicious every time and their delivery service has always been consistent. Wish there were more locations throughout the state.
