Farheen helped me with the FDD review and LLC formation for my first franchise. She is fast and thorough. In many cases she was able to provide answers to the numerous questions that I emailed her within minutes. This greatly facilitated the discussions I was having with my franchisor. I would recommend her to anyone who has an FDD that they need to review or is creating an LLC.

Canada Lewis & Associates (specifically Farheen Ibrahim) was personally recommended to me for LLC creation and Disclosure Agreement/ Document review services. Farheen was exceptional in every way. To note; our dialogue began as the Covid Pandemic was arising and becoming a significant factor in all things. Despite this being a difficult time to navigate, Farheen was always quick with her responses and providing invaluable input when I was in need (I was completely new to the franchising world).
