Ms. Kazi called me after I left a message about an issue with my mortgage servicing company. I called 2 other law firms who both interrupted me in the middle of my explanation to tell me they don’t practice in that area. They couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough, which has been consistent with my previous experience with attorneys. Ms. Kazi was polite, compassionate, and very helpful with her advice to me. Even though my case doesn’t merit legal representation yet, she gave me around 20 minutes of her valuable time for free, not even knowing me prior to our conversation. I never expected to have a pleasant experience with an attorney frankly, but Ms. Kazi is a genuinely good person. I would recommend her to anybody!

I was impressed and pleasantly surprised with the superior quality of service and responsiveness of Ms. Kazi, who made the whole process comfortable and friendly. If you need a law firm I highly recommend Kazi Law. I've used many law firms in the past and Kazi is by far the best I've worked with. I've used law firms in the past b/c I am a renter and when you're a renter you have some rights taken away and when issues arise and landlord doesn't want or takes month to fix something, having an amazing attorney have your back matters. When I first contacted Kazi, I received a consultation the following day. Great listener, explained what actions we can take. She contacted my landlord 2 days later (after I sent her all correspondence with the landlord and pictures of what hasn't been fixed or replaced for months). After she notified my landlord, she emailed me to inform me, she notified the landlord even provided me the time and last she even sent a follow up email to make sure the landlord is fixing my issue which completely blew my mind. I never expected that. This what makes a great/caring attorney. My landlord fixed the issue 3 days later. I will be using Kazi Law again in the future.

Working with Nyla has been a great experience. I've spoken to several firms about the appropriate estate planning options to consider and she was the only one who didn't push a trust and ask what my net worth in the initial consultation. She is very prompt and professional with answering questions and following up on completing tasks. I would not hesitate to speak with her and I plan to continue to work with her on other areas of her expertise.
