KFC is KFC. The quality of the food doesn't change much at various locations. The thing that distinguishes them Is the speed and quality of the service. We have been to that location a few times and every time they have been very fast to prepare everything and the last time, where our order would take a little longer than the time it takes to drive from the drive through speaker to the window to pay, they just told us to park at the parking space across from them and they would bring the food out.. Which they did shortly after. Also, it's insane that I have to mention this for drive thrus... But they have never made a mistake with our order or even forgotten a single straw. Lots of other fast food chains are not that reliable.
The food has gotten so much better. They are fast, good and not extremely expensive.
Everytime I ordered KFC at West Roxbury they always missing something. Not once they got it right. I get the feeling they do this for take out so you won't have to come back if you live far. For me I checked before I leave with my ordered.nI learned from it. It's crazy.
this place always got fresh meat to cooking everything fresh, taste goodnand customer service , cashier attendant worker all are nice peoplenthis is one of best KFC in USA
It's nice to eat KFC from time to time. But the problem is the distance we should travel to find the nearest store, and after that facing an unprofessional staff.
