Good and fast service, so hats off to the personnel! However, the patio area doesn't have enough tables. Maybe they could adapt better to the pandemic if they had smaller tables out in the patio area. I would definitely feel more comfortable going there.

Some of the best fast food available in the area. The app is incredibly easy to use, and food is always done on time. The interior design is really good as well and creates a modern and relaxed environment.

Tasty chicken sandwich, very friendly service.nnFurthermore, the employee who was responsible for calling out orders was nice enough to bring our order over too us (they were not that busy) and she even went the extra mile and got us water cups as the water station was not available to the public.nnI also noticed what appeared to be the manager, wiping down and sanitizing tables as soon as people left. If it was the manager that’s the type of stuff I enjoy seeing from management.nnAll employees were wearing masks. Really nice to see everyone doing their part to stay safe.

That is the first time I order from Shack after 2 months quarantine. I ordered a smoke shake and a regular shake take out today. When I got home, I found it the Smoke shake is missing the bacon. Bacon is major the reason I ordered that burger and it is more expensive than the regular one.. It is very disappointing. However, It is way too far and waste of my time to go back for a change. Please look at your order carefully next time when you make your orders. There is nothing worse than finding out your food was wrong after you drive a long way home and tried to enjoy your meal. I am not sure if I want to order a take out from this Shake Shack anymore. The restaurant is not busy at all when I ordered my food , no eat in customers and they still made the order wrong and waste my money. Very disappointed experience. The only reason I gave 1 star because the bun is good.

The food is regularly well prepared and tasty, employees hands over good customer service. I really like how clean it is and character. Will come visit again.
