Walked in and all staff was in the back laughing loudly while older man counted receipts in dining area and ignored everyone. Took 10 minutes for anyone to come to the front and only then it was because the phone kept ringing. I was finally seated.nnFood tasted like it was frozen and then reheated. Tea was never refilled. I sat by myself for 40 minutes and no one ever came by the table. Waitress only came by to give Bill after 40 minutes. And for that she kept checking me every 5 minutes.nnSo-so food I could tolerate. Horrible service I would rather go spend my money elsewhere.
Come on Hunan, lets start over. get rid of that Styrofoam and that plastic ware.nWhen I tried to pick up a piece of chicken my plastic fork bent, so I had to resort to chop sticks to eat my food.nI also noticed that the portions were a bit smaller, especially the soup.nStart using your regular dish ware and sanitize your tables between guest.nThis is the only complaint I have, the food is still very tasty and very good, and you just kick it up a notch. you'll make it just fine, thanksnRick Arnold

Food was terrible ordered honey chicken and pork fried rice the honey chicken didn’t have any honey but was seasoned with sugar where you can feel the raw sugar grains when you bite into it. The chicken was not crunchy or fried how it should be it was soggy. She ordered chicken and broccoli And the chicken was very dry and the vegetables were undercooked. First and last time EVER eating at this place. Yuck!!
