Very rude customer service. The guy that answered the phone hung up on me. Then canceled my order because he thought I took too long to pick up my food. ... Only to get the food that they re-made and see 8 pieces of chicken(I ordered sweet & sour chicken) and a very small portion of rice. We all know that Chinese food always has enought food for leftovers. But not with Pearl Dynasty. They are stingy with the food and have horrible service. The food was average. I don't recommend to anyone.
I’ve always loved Pearl Dynasty. However I ordered my food for delivery at 5:50 and at 7:30 I’m STILL waiting. I ordered rice and egg rolls and live 5 mins from there. I’ve called twice and my food has “been on its way” now for 20 mins. And yet still no food. There’s to many great Chinese restaurants around me that I will be ordering from for now on.
Absolutely love this place. I am bias but that is because I grew up going to this place as a young kid. The owner and staff have always had great customer service and friendly with me and my family. Crab puffs are spectacular as well as the regular fried egg rolls! Pearl Dynasty Is a great place for you and your family to eat lunch or dinner!
