The best I’ve been to they are very nice -!!!!
This location needs new management. Some days you'll have several employees in the back, no one at the front desk so you're waiting forever before someone gets to you then they take an order each time they come up yet the food is never available. I've waited 30 minutes for 10 minutes wings. Many other times I've waited 1 hr at the most. It's crazy! Someone needs to change this.
Normally they are pretty quick but today they were slammed. I went in for a Hot and Ready and they were all out. I chose to wait since they guy in the front said it would be about 10 minutes or so. Even though they were slammed I could tell he was trying his best to handle the customers and help complete the orders. His work ethic and customer service made it ok to wait patiently for my order. I give this location (even when busy) the EJ Stamp of Approval.
We ordered our pizza and wings online. I gave 3 stars because when we got home the wings looked undercooked, so I had to put them in the air fryer to make sure they were done. One positive thing I will say is the order was ready when husband picked up the food it, but should not have to cook takeout food at home!
So glad this location is opened again. Love their crazy bread and now their Italian cheese bread.
