I definitely recommend using Mr. Powell for your legal needs. Everyone in his office is very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Mr. Powell is very thorough, explains what's going to happen clearly so there's no confusion, and always answered my questions immediately. It was very easy to correspond through email, as well. I received a very favorable outcome in my divorce. I highly recommend hiring him!

I have retained John several times since 2009 for reoccurring issues with child custody/child support, the last ending today with a positive outcome in a court case. Each and every time he has been wonderful to work with. He explains the process in terms I can understand and communicates with me in both a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer to represent them as I would not hesitate to retain him once again if so needed.

I retained Mr. John Powell III to represent me in my uncontested divorce. My ex-husband's attny's office tried to create conflict, delays and repeatedly filed paperwork incorrectly with the court! Mr. Powell was extremely helpful when we needed to get a simple will done. He explained us how there is not a simple will and he was so professional and understanding.
