The pizza fresh and still hot when got to my house. Great job to the young man that answers the phone great customer service. Very respectful, he is the best I've seen in years.

Pizza is more expensive than little Cesar's but I went here because there was no line to order. Cashier who assisted me was very nice. Because of him I will probably come back. Very friendly

They close at llpm but I showed up at 10:45pm. I went inside and was told that they already started putting everything up. Ummm? If you close at 11pm that mean to me that your making pizza up until 11pm then you are closed. Do in other words as long as I get my order in by 11pm I should be good but in the case of this store your not good. So basically they stop whenever they want to. I sat outside and watched the workers leave the store before 11pm. This place definitely don't appreciate the business. We should stop buying their pizza

Poor Customer Service,nAfter placing an order online for delivery with Pappa John’s, I reviewed the order and noticed that an additional topping was added to my pizza. I immediately called the store and requested that onions be removed due to an allergy. The manager, Dean stated that the order could not be fixed because it had been placed in the oven already. Imagine my surprise considering I called within 1 to 2 mins of placing the order. Dean did not offer to resolve this matter by making another pizza. Therefore, the only solution was to void the order and receive a refund within the next couple of days. I will not be ordering from this Pappa John’s again. My husband warned me about them considering he’s had issues with this location as well.
