Little Caesars Pizza

I always get great hot pizza from this location. I know different locations aren't supposed to be different in food quality, but they are. This is one of the good ones. I use the pizza portal app. Super easy to use and the pizza is always fresh and hot. The location is always clean inside. It's currently my favorite little Cesar's location. Family pizza night was a success today thanks to them.

Very disappointed, never purchasing from this location again. If I could give it zero stars I would.nThis was our first time ordering from Little Ceasers, typically we prefer Pizza Hut, however, we decided to give them a try.nMy son is lactose intolerant, which is why we use the app to specifically customize his pizza and order it with no cheese, just sauce and pepperonis. My wife and I made sure we selected the “no cheese” option, but when I picked up the pizzas I noticed his had cheese. I went back inside and explained my situation to the manager and requested to please have it remade. A simple fix...you would think. She said the order was submitted the way they made it, to which I insisted that it was incorrect and maybe an error occurred. This has happened before with Pizza Hut, who claimed the app is a separate function that they have no control at the local store level and sometimes it doesn’t relay the information correctly. I’m assuming this is what happened in this situation as well.nThe manager informed me she’d remake it, but I’d have to pay for it. I should not have to pay for a company error, much less be treated like an incompetent customer. I tried several times to politely state my case, but my pleads fell on deaf ears.nIt was a very disappointing experience, they preferred to save a couple of bucks rather than retain a potential repeating customer.nThis is the kind of missed opportunities that differentiate the successful franchises from mediocrity.nPoor service, subpar quality, horrible execution.

One of the very, very few Little Ceasars Pizza that are well made. What I mean is that the pizza was very delicious. Congrats!

They would've received five stars prior to my recent visit. The pizza has always been fresh and hot and the service pretty good, but when I took a bite of the pizza I ordered recently there was a long, black hair in it. I know it can happen anywhere, but the thought of it comes back when thinking about ordering from there again.
