Ordered our favorite pizzas! Yummy Italian Sausage/mushrooms & pepperoni/ bell pepper. The did give us the wrong soda. Got regular instead of diet Pepsi.
Never had an issue at this pizza hut and the staff always seem to go above and beyond for the customer.
Twice in 2 weeks, our Pizza Hut order to be delivered was WRONG. Today at lunch I ordered a large, hand tossed pepperoni, sausage & mushroom with extra cheese. We got a large pepperoni with a weird crust that had dried herbs sprinkled on part of it. NO extra cheese, no sausage, no mushrooms. So I called to tell them as clearly they have NO quality control (or maybe no supervision?). A girl answered. I asked if she was the mgr. She said, “yes.”. Then nothing. No sorry, no offer to send the correct pizza, just silence. So I said I’m writing a review and hung up. AVOID this hut. They need either an adult or someone reliable to manage their orders. 2 wrong out of 2 orders. Not good.
My parents enjoy this location and they brought me here today Black Friday 11/29. It’s impressive to see how attentive the employees at this location are to their customers, specifically a gentleman by the name of Kip. They are quick to greet as people come in and sit down and checked on us multiple times. Also stopping by the other tables and making sure that people are getting exactly what they want from the lunch buffet. Checking in and asking if there is any special requests that we had that we weren’t able to find.
The staff is always so nice here when I order delivery or carry out!
