Really pretty space space in downtown Springfield. It is upstairs from street level so look for the Yin Yang on the door. Hardwood floors and exposed brick in the studio. The studio doesn't take cards for drop ins or workshops, just a heads up. If you are looking for restorative, Yin or Thai massage, go see Rachel. Highly recommended. Down to Earth and a passionate learner, she is very skilled.

Serenity’s Yoga Studio is appropriately named. Entering this peaceful setting is like walking into a sanctuary— it invites you to relax, breathe, and enjoy a focused practice. The instructors are adept in their knowledge and teaching of yoga, and it is obvious they are building a community of yogis. Whether you live in Springfield or a surrounding town, the drive to Serenity’s is well worth your time. This studio is one of my favorite places to practice yoga!
