Great gym. Great community. Huge space.nnI stopped by for a workout when I was visiting the area. Both the staff and the members were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Great gym that's totally non-threatening to newbies like myself! The coaches start you slow and try to gauge where you are before helping you grow. They're encouraging along the way, answering all questions happily, and watch to help you do things right, not just lift quicker or heavier. There are plenty of class times to choose from, and they even have a few days a week where there are kids' classes so your little ones can get active and be occupied while you work out. This has been a great experience for me, who said there's no way she'd ever try CrossFit. I'm hooked!
This is an awesome Crossfit box with a great and supportive community! Multiple level 1 Crossfit certified coaches will push you to your maximum potential!
