I waited over two hours for someone to call me about an ETA. Nobody ever called and I called back twice. Ended up canceling and they wanted me to pay a $200 cancel fee when they were the ones in the wrong. I asked to speak to the manger whom was very rude. If I could give them less then one start I would.
I would rather through my money out the window going down the interstate before using these people charged me over $250 to make a key for a Chevy and Chevy them selves ended up charging me $60 tell me how that works.
