We contacted James about problems with circuit breakers, an outlet, and a ceiling light. He kept us updated on his arrival by text. We explained things as he worked. He's courteous and knowledgeable. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
James is incredibly reliable--quick to respond to texts, confirms appointments, and shows up on time. He has done a variety of jobs all over the house, lasting from all day to half an hour. He does great work no matter what the task has been .
Excellent. Obvious that he is very knowledgeable in his field. But more importantly, he takes the time to explain clearly what needs to be done and why, and also any options you may have. In addition, even after the work was done, he was quick to take my phone call to answer a question I had on the work that had been done, and provided me answer that allowed me to address the issue myself without him having to come out. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend him. (Job: Removed 7 old fire alarms in public areas of building [stairways, basement], and replace with new ones.)
A friend of mine recommended Jimmy for some electrical work during a recent remodel of my house. I called Jimmy and he picked up the phone, we scheduled an appointment for the job. Quick & Easy. He showed up early and knocked the work out in no time. I have worked with a few different electricians over the years and I can honestly say that Jimmy is the best. It is great to see that customer service is not dead.
Hired butler electric to install lights and wall sockets. They came by on time and got the job done quickly, they also swept clean after the work was complete, the price was very fair. Would recommend butler electric to my friends. Thanks
